Utpal is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Rensol. He has over three decades of industry experience in database and computing technologies. He is a Mechanical and an Industrial Engineer who did his master’s from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
As the head of Asia Pacific Delivery for NIIT Technologies, he had implemented large global systems for customers across Asia Pacific. He was also responsible for Program and Project Management for private and public sector organisations in Asia Pacific, where he was successfully managing business of large and complex technology programs of Applications and Business Systems.
He founded Rensol in 2001 and co-founded Rensol Singapore and Australia in 2011 and 2017 respectively.
He has published many technology papers in International forums and has designed many products in his career. He is a mentor to many technologists and entrepreneurs globally and has keen interest in the emerging technologies.
Sunil has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry of which over 15 years in senior management positions in IT services organizations like TCS and HCL Technologies. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Director of Rensol Technologies. He is an engineering graduate with a management degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Sunil has extensive international experience in starting new offshore development centers and managing large and strategic relationships and projects for customers in North America, South America (including Brazil), Europe and Asia pacific region (including Australia and New Zealand). Prior to joining HCL, he was with Tata Unisys (now merged with TCS) as Group Manager, Center for Railway Information Systems as Systems Manager and BHEL (India’s then largest engineering company), where he started his career as an engineer trainee.
He is a speaker at many national and international conferences.
He is also a Heartfulness Trainer of the Heartfulness Institute. Heartfulness meditation is followed by over 4 million people worldwide in 160 countries with over 13,000 certified trainers.
Bhawna is a founder member of Rensol who joined Rensol in 2001. She was part of a team supporting a brokerage of AIG Insurance of New York. Her dedication and customer care ensured that the customer continued with Rensol for over a decade.
She has successfully managed many large projects and customers globally during her tenure with Rensol. She is a graduate of Delhi University with a diploma in computer programming.
She is a Director and head of operations at Rensol.
Satyaki is a Senior Architect and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been responsible for architecting Rensol’s various solutions and products.
He has over 25 years of international experience in software engineering, architecture and design, project management and Quality Assurance for large multinational technology companies like HCL and NIIT. He has extensively travelled and worked for large global customers in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific including India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
He was NIIT’s location head in Kolkata before being associated with Rensol.
Satyaki has the proven ability to deliver complex projects from concept to fully operational status. He recently developed a model to predict churning of customers for a telecom company in Burma using principal component analysis and logistic regression technique.
Arunangshu heads Rensol’s Calcutta operations. He has over two decades of experience in software development and project management in large global technology companies. He was the product owner of a large financial services company in Australia. He lived and worked in in Sydney, Australia for many years.
Arunangshu has been a “star” performer and has won many accolades from clients as well as his parent companies.
He specialises in the wealth management systems including managed funds in investment, superannuation and pension funds.
Arunangshu’s focus areas include Strategic Planning & Execution, Business Development, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Continuous Process Improvements and Quality Compliance.
